Departing from our first Portuguese placement early left us in a lull. Tourists of the south coast

So that's where all the tourists went. To the south coast of Algarve. Mind you, I can understand them, the beaches are certainly pretty here in Lagos, and the historic town center does have a lot of character (and restaurants). It's just that the contrast with the empty campgrounds of west Alentejo and Vicentine coast is pretty extreme. The beaches here are already pretty packed, even tough the water is still seriously freezing. It didn't stop us this time ...

Today we reached the end of Europe, to be precise the southwestermost point on the continent mainland, the Cape of Saint Vincent :).
