    Vandaag hebben we eerst een rondrit gedaan in de stad.
    Daarna een boottocht naar Seal Island. De zee was wild. Mijn pilletje heeft gelukkig geholpen, maar ik was toch blij dat ik van de boot kon stappen. Er zaten veel zeehonden op de rotsen, leuk om te zien.

    Nadien zijn we gaan lunchen.

    Moved on to the Lagoon Beach hotel, just slightly north of Cape Town. From our room we have the perfect view of Table Mountain, Robben island and of course the rather fierce looking Atlantic lapping up against the sea wall.

    This seems to be the holiday resort part of Cape Town, with a huge shopping mall a couple of miles up the road.

    ... trouble functioning. People needed flu shots, medicine for a cold, or just normal check ups. One person came in and had a blood pressure of 203/129, AND she was already on BP medication! The nurse told her to go back to see her doctor immediately to get her medication changed. Although there was not really exciting things there, it was still that health professional to patient interaction that we got to observe that excited us. All in all it was a very good day!
