... aaaaaaa......brrrrrrr.... it is too cold..." she said shivering, as she grabbed for her towel. As I went below deck, I ran into Marina, ...."too hot..... I am too hot.... Come on Robin lets go in the water..." she said trying to encourage me to go. As she came out of the dog house, she saw Jacques....."Come on Jacques....Let's go in the water....It will be good for you!", she told Jacques in the tone of voice that he knew he could not refuse. Woke up early to see the sun rising as we approached Turkey. Went on shore for a Diane and Tony tour which involves walking, taxis and getting lost but you see all the good stuff. With, ...

... No one would ever know they both put in such a grueling day. Once at the restaurant Jacques ordered a white wine carafe, and a small bucket of ice. We will not make the same mistake of last night, with the hot red wine. We now know that if we are on an island, eating out, cold white wine and a bucket of ice, will be the norm. Unless, of course, we are at Aphrodite, on Nisyros, and order the wonderful "rooster" labelled cabernet. Tonight Jacques and Marina had the meatballs in red ...

... next.... The heat in the harbor was becoming almost unbearable, but there was a slight breeze, which made the heat easier to handle. When the heat subsided a little, Marina and I went out for a walk around town. There are a lot of tourists here....all restaurants, seemed to be full of people all trying to get something cold to drink. We found our favorite place to have dinner, next to the garden in the center of town, and behind the medieval wall. Yeah. We should have ...
