      All packed and ready to go by 11.00 a still left a little late. No trouble on the roads and swift service for lunch in the pub so arrived in good time at the parking.       After traveling for 33 hours I made it to Bristol!! Found some foods and drinks after checking into my hotel! I only.slept 4 out of my 33hrs of traveling so I crashed nice and hard and hopefully that helps with the jetlag! I slept for 14hrs straight!!! Now to orient myself on Birstol!       ... the cows. We have the stones all to ourselves for a while. It really is amazing to see these stones, silent for so many years, just standing there. The cows were milling about munching on grass or laying around chewing their cud. After wandering around wondering who brought them here and why we head off to Chew Valley Lake.

      The drive there is filled with little one land roads with trees growing over the roads to create a tunnel effect. I just love driving these ...
