I found it quite funny to think that the salt flats in Bolivia is nearly 14,000 feet and the one here is below sea level. ... of the trails. The names of a few of the flowers were Indian Paintbrush, Columbine, Lupine, Corn Lilies. The far off Minarets reminded me of the Dentelles in Provence. Coming off the mountain, we tried to offset our calories by stopping by The Pie in the Sky shop for a hiking treat. They were sold out so we saved on calories!
