Finally, some exercise! And boy did I need it

Kayaking
... showing off their goods. Not just lying down sunbathing – clearly flaunting – pretty funny. They call it a nudist beach – but it's just rocks near the water and some ladders to get back up on them. No sand in sight. I think this is another one of those countries where sand is somewhat of a luxury.

Too much effort to conquer the world...
... a wall so you can take over another country????!!! The world would be a small place because nothing would change and we would be quite happy eating grapes and drinking wine on our own shores.
Pattern number 2: The welcome dinner was 3 course and this was the start of a very bad pattern of eating for us and a shadow of things to come!

Well, after 10 days in Croatia it is time to go. As most of you know, I didn't have an end date in mind for this trip, but for various reasons, I will be heading back to Boston tomorrow.
These last few weeks have been a great time. I’ve enjoyed visiting new places as well as re-visiting an old favorite. Croatia was a surprise…but one of the most pleasant ones I have ever had. It is a country that I am certain ...
