However if I stayed I would have to do something about the food. As much as I love pasta, and I have happily eaten pasta every day, I would love to duck out and pick up some sushi for lunch or maybe just a quick Thai to spice things up a bit. I met some people and we went to the beach which was a very rocky outcrop. The rocks were too big to mould into but the water was nice. Stayed there a bit then we went back I got changed and decided to go visit another town by myself. Started in corneiglia but it was so ...

... we watched what everyone did so we will know for next time. They walk in, take a napkin and a pastry, a choice of croissants, chocolate swirly pastries, donuts, ham and cheese pastries, pizza (not one bit of fruit in site) and stand at the bar and drink a quick coffee. They then tell the barista what they had, pay and leave. All very quick and social. I think this is my rytham in life. Up early, walk and ...
