... just as importantly, the boat mooring. The cold local beer tasted really glorious as did the bowl of mussels, the pesto pasta and a half bottle of white.
The boat trip back to SML gave spectacular views of the coast from another angle. There were only a relative few people aboard for the first leg from San Fruituoso but we filled up with couple of hundred on the leg from Portofino back to SML. They were from the cruise ship I suppose.
... all their time running backwards and forwards in the middle of the nights, dropping off and picking up my kids from the airport. Another 1am pickup this morning, another next week and then another in 2 weeks after that. Thank you a million times over. You are amazing and very much loved by all of us.

... at a restaurant for tomorrow night. My attempts at calling the restaurant had failed and I needed an Italian to do it for me. So, I went in begging and apologizing and thanking her for her help and as I was about to leave she told me that she liked my new hair cut and it made me look Italian. Well, I am going to take that as a complement and I am also going to claim it as the start of a new friendship. You’ll see!!!!

a plate of nibbles ,which comes included in the price. Euro 5 each for the
cocktails. We wandered some
more and then had dinner at La Vineraria which consisted of tapas of carpaccio,
sardines and mushrooms at Euro 3 each.
I must be the biggest miser in town, but we have managed to eat and
drink like kings today for a total of Euro 30 for lunch, dinner, 4 ...

Also, I feel so incredibly underdressed as I would have to be one of the very few not wearing high shoes. EVERYONE does. When going to the beach I feel I need to wear nice clothes, even sandals, and then take them off when you get there. No one leaves the ...
