    Breakfast, suitcase cramming and off we go. Celia commented that her suitcase gets heavier at each stop. I think it's due to the two new pair of shoes she's gotten so far! I think there may be more to come. She is a shoe lover. Tam and Steve dropped us off at the train station in Cochem. They are now on an adventure through Germany.     -they were chain smokers and very nice. They gave us a good tip about a small town to go to tomorrow where there is neat hiking. Lonely Planet agreed and we had a destination for the next day.
    -home to bed and we decided to wing the plan for lodging for the next day.

    ... From the river snaking its way through the town, the old houses and churches, right up to the imposing castle, everything seems cut out of a fairy tale. The castle was the most impressive and beautiful of the castles we had seen during the day (which is saying a lot) and the views over the town were marvellous.

    ... by a stream, but the trail soon took us deeper into the forest and had us climbing up the side of a gorge into the forest above. Poppy was ecstatic for the whole 6.5km, dashing ahead, climbing up things that I was struggling with, then dashing back to see if we were keeping up.
