... famous fountain of a peeing little boy. I don't know why it's famous... There was some sort of festival going on in the area with many people, vendors in the streets, and musicians playing. There were more beggars in that small area than I've ever seen in such a small amount of time. Many were just sitting next to cups but many also had dogs with them dressed up in stupid costumes.
