... had just finished with Hawaii's Coco Ho making it to the semis. We got to watch Bede surf his 3rd round heat at a spot called Le Penon, about 3km from Hossegor. watched the Tom Cruise film ‘Minority report’. The next day the surf was the
same as usual, perfect and not many people out. The next day we went on another
cycle up to the forest. It took about 1 and half hours until we got back home

We found a great little tapas bar for lunch...called UR Gain. Not sure why? They had all the various dishes on the bar and you simply pointed at the ones you wanted. Perfect for those with average Spanish language skills. Had a nice veal and capsicum dish, one with sardines on tuna, champignons on another...
