Well here we are back in beautiful Switzerland, this time in Geneva. They still have their own funny coloured money, they still have strange powerpoints, it is still very expensive but this time they are all French. Now that I have got the hang of Italian I have now got to change my Si's back into Oui's and my Grazia's back into Merci's.

Our home for a couple of days is our first AirBNB rental which is great, although just a ...

... evening I rejoined my new friends at the bar to enjoy some American Football aka The NFL ;-) I surprised myself when I was asked to explain the sport and how the whole league works – I don’t think I realized how much I knew about football! ... we were in Lausanne. Angela bade us farewell at this point as we headed to yet another train station to find our way down to the lake.

Most pedestrian areas around Swiss lakes are simply gorgeous. Full of parks, sitting areas and sights to amaze. With a family of young children, and Tony, it is akin to a young version of turrets when trying to have a conversation.

... There were so many types that we didn't get to taste them all as we couldn't fit them in (especially after the fondue lunch!). Once we had eaten all the chocolate we possibly could, and then washed it down with delicious complimentary hot chocolates (I'm not kidding!) we drove home to Sam & Amandine's apartment in Lausanne feeling very full of wonderful cheese and chocolate! It was such a day of indulgence and we loved every moment of it! We had a light dinner at ...
