Oh what a luxury, we have just had two rest days in a row. We haven't had this sort of pampering in almost a month! For the first time, our quads have fully relaxed, and the gentle but ever-present mild burning sensation has ceased. I could get used to this. Fortunately, the terrain became a little flatter later on. We ...

On Easter Sunday we went to the English speaking church in Lausanne, or as the locals call it, "the English church". We felt very welcome and it made us both miss St Margaret's but at the same time we felt very privileged to be a part of a church half way around the world.
