Today the weather still wasn't great but it didin't stop us from taking a trip to Locorotondo - where the old town is built in the round. Smilar to Ostuni, it is made up of lots of small tightly packed whitewashed houses and little streets to ...

The weather was deteriorating again, but we braved it and headed out on our air-wheels as there is an old aqueduct which is now a cycle way just next to where we are staying ...

They have a visitors' centre, which was closed, but we had picked up a leaflet from Martina Franca so were able to follow the trails. ... suffocating, particularly when I awoke in the night not quite remembering where I was. Fortunately I didn't need the loo as it would have been difficult clambering down the metal ladder. I did sleep well and had a good 6 hours sleep but then Cal woke up saying that we had overslept. It meant that we had to focus a little and get our acts together quite quickly but actually it probably was no bad thing as the ferry wasn't due into Bari until 8:00am and it ...

... to nothing. We walked up to the top of the island but hadn't allowed ourselves enough time to get back to the little harbour for our boat, but when we finally returned we did wonder if the boat had ever come. It was only a wait of about half an hour. Back in Dubrovnik we had ice creams and a quick look at the Cathedral, which was a little disappointing, all rather bland and a tad tatty. Guy was staying another evening in Dubrovnik, so he ...
