    We traveled down the St. Lawrence and saw the Montmorency Falls on the way. We saw our first marine mammal, a harbor seal today with hopes of many more tomorrow.     ... road is fine. Stopped for a sandwich in St-Fidèle and later in La Malbaie which was a good decision because the sky looked very dark and when I stepped out of the supermarket it started raining. Thanks to smartphone and mobile internet I figured this would take a good half our to pass. Shelter in front of the supermarket while eating, very effficient.     ... the other days the wind was in the back(ish) bit stinger today. The part out of Quebec is really beautiful and towards ste-Anna de Beaupré. There was already a nasty climb after Montmorency falls. From Ste-Anne it becomes more hilly and the climb to le Massif starts. Mostly it is very gentle some steeper parts, but very doable. Joining the 138 makes the ride less touristy, however the shoulders on this road are verywide and clean. ...

    Had a good sleep knowing that there was 2 other cars doing the same thing as us! Because it was quiet around and a nice day, Ryan took the opportunity to do our oil change that was just over due.
