Unfortunatly at this point in this trip, I was pretty exhausted. I got to San Antonio after a 12 hour drive from El Paso, and was only scheduled to stay for the night. I sadly didn't do anything but go into the hostel and talk to a Scottish guy that was staying there for some time before going to bed to get ready for my next drive.

Not much here, sorry about that guys.

To pick up where the last blog left off, I've never been a big proponent of marriage. I had been collecting a long list of reasons not to do it for most of my life. But the last 5 years with Lindsey had been unlike anything I had known before. I love her more than I thought possible. But I'll let her tell the story about the day of March 3:

In the morning, Kim and I got to talk a lot over breakfast and I was happy to spend some alone time with her and hear how well she is doing. A bit later I went and picked up Chris and we traveled back to Dallas in order to get ready to travel to Colorado, so that we could get ready to travel to Korea!

... in a $19.50-a-night downtown Hostel failed to meet any of her criteria. I should have lied and told her I was actualy a Lawyer with a penthouse in London and a keen interest in Marine Biology. Next time....... Hostels are frowned upon over here, and they are viewed to be the last refuge of the homeless, the rejected and the insane. Leah and I stayed here on our honeymoon on this week back in 1988 when we were married. Through the years we would make numerous trips to San Antonio and the hill country of Texas camping, river tubing and theme parking/sight seeing. I believe it to be one of the favorite destinations of Christen and Jake as well.
