... of hours to wait for the flight to Frankfurt, so checked the suitcases at the Lufthansa desk, got our boarding cards then hopped a train into the heart of the city for some sightseeing. ... we didn't bother going inside as we had done so back in 98, so we had some food and a coffee before we rode back into a headwind towards the hotel. And as Lausanne is built at the top of a hill, we also had to climb !!!
