          ... drive to Nizza to fly...take a helicopter. Why not eh. Before we got off the bus we were also told to feel perfectly safe as there was NO crime in Monaco. Also warned that everywhere, including elevators were fitted with CCTV so to behave ourselves!

          ... skirt Monaco. F1 was there yesterday, for the last week. Its called the circus. It hadn't prepared us for the super yachts that were in the bay, and when we stopped to photograph them we could see the rest moored in the harbour.           ... a real empathy for the deaf and the challenges they must face. Next time I see a deaf person, I'll be reminded of how fortunate we all are, and the importance of sound, and noise. Even the annoying noise, such as the poorly controlled babies squealing the plane down as I write this.

          ... no line! We hopped on and rode to the hilltop view of the Royal Palace. As Palaces go, it didn’t seem to live up to the hype so we didn’t hop off. In no time we were back to the cruise and realized with the exception of the Palace hill one could walk the entire length of the principality in 30 minutes or so and the Hop off bus was exposed as a rip-off with twelve stops.
