Phil's birthday in San Marcos. We set up at Pecan Park and had dinner with cake at a Mexican restaurant. On Thursday, we went to Boerne and visited with the Allens. That evening we had dinner in San Marcos at Cody's (disappointing).
Saturday we went to San Antonio aquarium. Then headed for home on ...

... getting really bad by now and a great many riders were struggling - not surprising really as most of the ALR on the Legacy Run are well in their 60th+ orbit of the Sun and the Road temperature was above 140F.

A 93-miler followed from 15:15 to 17:00 between Marble Falls and Seguin (Sir-Geen as Green without the R) and we arrived at the local American Legion Post 245. They gave us fried chicken for our supper which was very nice (but not ...

... fields are very wet from the recent rains, but we had clear skies until just now as the sun works it's way down to the horizon. It just might be a photo-worthy sunset. We're in what I would call a "low-end" park near Seguin. It's old and in it's "has been" stages. Cash or check only is the method of payment, but...it's cheap and offers WES or SEW or EWS as you see fit.

We drove into Seguin proper and did our laundry. ...
