The Nikki Beach Restaurant & Bungalow Resort, Koh Samui Thailand was the spot that we visited recently. There was immaculate service from all personal assistants at all times, they told us all the great spots to hang out and have dinner. The room, food and almost everything were nothing less than perfect. The nature was the friend of us. We simply could not ask anything better than that. These things meant the most to us and Nikki Beach will always be a part of our outing.

We are all set and ready to go. We just finished packing. My backpack (right) weights 33 lbs, Tine's backpack 22 lbs. AA has a 50 lbs Checked Bag limit per bag, so we are fine :O). Time to go to bed now ...
After a lot of research, we finally bought the airline tickets, decided the itinerary, and sent email to some hotels of the hotels. To keep track of this adventure we'll be using this site, thanks to Mitch for the idea and for sharing his trips experiences as well.
... that day. Miami Beach was every bit as glamorous and, well, quintessentially Floridian, as you might expect. The buildings were wonderful, the beach beautiful and the style quotient high. We did a walking tour to see as many of these Art Deco lovelies as possible and finished the evening with a wonderful Cuban meal.
And so ended our travels on mainland USA. The next day we were taking a flight to Hawaii, our last stop before reaching Oz.
... and it is outstanding plus the mojitos, with ice, turn my stressful beginning into a blissful ending. I call home to chat and am greeted with arguing over who lost Will's DS game. Hundreds of miles away and I'm still needed to referee. Thank goodness there is no cell phone service in Haiti! It's nice to go to bed clean and cool as I know it will be over a week till I can say that again!
... current in the Tongue of the Ocean which is why the Navy tests the submarines there. Initially we are looking at clearing in at Alice Town, Bimini and then across the bank to Chub Cay (25 29.90N, 77 55.05W) having to probably anchor on the bank in between as it's 90 miles from Alice Town to Chub. Hole up around Chub and make our way through Nassau across the NW Channel and cross the Yellow Bank at Progee Rock (25 03.70N 77 14.70W) to ...
MIAMI, Florida, United States takinbetz... heavy one.
We got to the hotel 7pm Miami time but about Midnight England time so tiredness began to set in. We got room service to get us food as we couldn't be bothered to go out to eat, we then realised what a good idea it had been to get some us dollars at the airport.
Vertigo hit me as we were about 6 floors up.
We both crashed out ready to be woken for the next leg of our adventure...............
