Today will not be affected much by the National Park shutdown since most of what we have planned to see is actually either on public roads through parks or in Oregon State parks. There might be a few bathroom closures and an interpretive centre or two that we have to bypass but overall most of the sights we have planned are still ok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is dull and dreary.
Room was an adequate size but bathroom was small and although it smelled heavily of bleach and cleansers the tub was old and stained. Furnishings are sparse but adequate.
