    ... the Epcot center. Epcot is located immediately adjacent to our hotel, and the quickest access to the Monorail is at its opposite entrance. This made for my quickest ever visit to Epcot, 20 minutes. Mick grabbed a crepe for breakfast and had a quick visit with Darcy, his friend from Acadia University who works in the Canada Area at the fantastic restaurant Le Cellier (I couldn't get a booking for the entire trip since it is so popular).

    ... of the Caribbean, you guessed it Celina has stopped at another souvenir shop! Who's made a mistake? It was Sophie & Emma's turn to shop. They bought a Minny & Micky pair of dolls, very nice souvenir. It's now 18:00 (this place is open till 01:00 am tomorrow) and we are in a 75 minute queue for Splash Mountain then another 75 minute queue for Big Thunder Mountain Railway ( a runaway train in the gold mine). ...

I feel so much pride by attending UCF; it is truly a very innovative school and working at the CEL is exposing me so many influential and inspirational students and leaders who are pursuing their dreams with no reservations. The CEL is challenging and enlightening me with a rewarding experience by being a support role for the revolution that is the entrepreneurial spirit of UCF.

    ... Hooters next door or IHop, Denny's etc over the road or the cafe in the hotel. Marie said "No" to Hooters so we went to the Cafe in the hotel. Marie had Alfredo,big this time and 2 scotchs I had Mongolian seafood green lip mussels shrimp and other stuff I'm not sure of and a Cabernet. $64 inc tip.

    Did a bit of blog downloaded today's few pics and bed by 8.30. Gotta be up at 3.30 for the 4am shuttle tomorrow.

    ... the movie- that awkward moment, was just about to start. We also got a discount as the lady made us wait for 30sec so we got $8 tickets! Both the cinema and the movie were awesome, we had leather chairs that somewhat reclined back and the movie was fantastic, we both enjoyed it. However it wast rated R, so we don't know how the rating system works over here. Then it was back to the hotel for a while but I ...
