Aside from the town centre, Denver is not a place to walk. We went for a wander to the Botanic Gardens. We ended up walking about 16 miles. What we got up to: Botanics. A kindly lady let us in the back gate, taking pity on our weary feet - our first free entry ...

... lady at the front desk was great and updated our room to a higher level with a view. We must've looked exhausted from the driving. Went to a couple of Irish bars tonight, The Tilted Kilt for a couple of coldies, and Katie Mullens for the same and a bite to eat. Really nice pubs. ver/ We will be attending a Peter Frampton concert on Sunday night. Which should be ...

... it looks kind of like the tubes you float in when your in a pool except it is covered at the bottom) and give it to a guy that hooks it into this thing that pulls you up a the hill, kind of like a ski lift. When you get to the top you have to quickly unload and choose which hill you want to slide down. It slides down really fast and it was so fun, you could go down by yourself or there were double tubes where two people could go ...
