La Quinta Inn Winterpark Orlando

... on the day of departure I actually cancelled my plans to go because of a cold front that was making its way through the Orlando area this weekend and that was bringing allot of mositure with it, and because I did not think it would have ended up being a good thing to be sleeping in a tent with two young kids in the pouring rain and with temperatures dipping down into the 40's.

... The place was packed !!! Waiting lines topped 2 hours, and the only way around that was to buy an express pass that costs an additional $75 over the $50 admission fee - ouch !!!!

Oh by the way .... I definitely do NOT recommend young children to attend this event. Universal Studios recommends 13 years as the minimum recommended age.

From there it was off to Everest! The girls wanted to go on this roller coaster!! I am impressed!!! It looked a little scary for Nola let alone Ayva!! But they wanted to go. ... that and it was also nummmmmy. We were both a bit tired after walking all day, so thought we might hit up a movie, but there wasn't anything interesting play so we headed back to the room. We were going to watch a movie in the room to just wind down, but again, nothing interesting worth watching. We did some research on Epcot instead. We poured ourselves an evening beverage and didn't even finish it - too tired. Crashed in no time.
