    My parents don't stop, they are amazing... like the bees in the lavender, they never stop... their garden is a marvel... after watering a bit and moving things around, he grilled some meat and we ate dinner while they are watching basketball play offs.

    Tomorrow I am off to Corvallis for a mini reunion with amigos from Oregon State University back to the Gap on Monday.

    Life is good!

    After seven days on the road it was time to take a break. No alarm clock this morning, leisurely showers, and a nice breakfast was wonderful.     ... he has never had a bike but his father worked in the movie industry on the sound production for many movies including John Wayne & William Holden ones. Mostly for John Ford, the director. He has also travelled the world just about everywhere. Anyway, by the time we had finished the beer was HOT, not warm, but hot ! Had to but a $2 bag of ice in the campsite.
