... luck was out, there was a national conference going on so every hotel/motel and even hostel was booked. We tried everywhere and called everywhere but nothing, we didn't know what to do, do we ride through the night? No lights on the bike and part of the route out was interstate so no, so we ended up at about 1am after a few beers sleeping under a bridge/boat pier, now if you ever go to San Diego you will understand what i'm saying but there are "bums" everywhere, all ...

... criteria, we decided to look at four houses tomorrow. I sent Kathy some links and she weighed in, too, so I'll have some good information when we go looking.

We don't want to just settle for anything, so we want to be picky, but we also don't want to procrastinate. There's a happy medium here, somewhere, and we'll hit it, but it's going to take some patience and perhaps tweaking our standards a little.
