... As a result, it was difficult to form a bond, as we had 10 local hosts though out the tour.

What we disliked the most was that we always felt as if we had to have our hand in our pocket for tips. We had 10 local hosts, 10 drivers, plus boatman, porters, bellboys, etc. Its not the money, its the pain of figuring out how much to tip each while trying to convert from US Dollars into Yuan, or Hong Kong dollars. ... we arrived at the airport we weren't even sure if we would take off on time as it was extremely foggy. Not sure how they operate their airports in Austria but we were only delayed 35 minutes because they were waiting for inbound connecting passengers. Fog does not seem to present as big an issue in Austria as it does in New York. We were scheduled to depart at 10:40 am, but did not leave the gate until 11:15 am. The pilot announced that the flight would take us 8 ...
