So on the way from the the keys we had planned to stop off at this restaurant that my nan and grandad (tony and jenny) had visited on a family holiday about 30 years ago, Google said it was still there and I had heard good things about their French Onion Soup! ... had to be tactful to our faces but we were overwhelmed with the universal good will and positive feeling about America at virtually every stop.  I found this surprising as my current state of mind regarding USA is hardly positive (especially after realizing how much tax money we spend on feeding John Kerry and of course that he tried to ruin my shoes). ... the water, making it a perfect place for manatee. TECO established The Manatee Viewing Center as an educational facility and a state and federal designated manatee sanctuary. During the height of manatee season, there can be as many as 600 manatees at one time in the channel.


Today, we see only 4 manatees, 2 of them are small and we think are very young. These massive animals ...

... Mama, which we both got, in the souvenir Fish Bowl. It was Ok, I think that was the only one for those I ordered.
Got our passes for the Spa for the duration. only thing they were missing in the Spa was the heated stone loungers, but we survived without them.

Our sailaway was right on time, and we headed towards blue water.
