Easily held 40+ mph for a few miles! We were soaked and cold by the time we hit Bedford, PA. 42 mi down and 3500' of elevation gain. Walked into a coffee shop (Hebrews) with the intention of temporarily changing into dry clothes and figuring out our gameplan. Laundromat/campsite/etc.
