    ... to 189 runs right into the mountainous outskirts of Provo and suddently I was now riding very closely next to morning commuters and large trucks on a well-travelled state road. It was a little jarring, but I tried as much as I could to stay within whatever shoulder was available. There was a again a lot of road construction which made riding up this road even harder.
