... ahead of us. We set off on a solid day of driving under blue Texan skies. The roads today were great as they were 1 and 2 lane highways through country Texas, with very minimal traffic compared to what we have been used to so far. Not really too much to say other than it was a nice scenic drive in the sun through rural Texas. Hopefully we'll be in Santa Fe by nightfall ...

... s been a good few days and we've seen a lot of stuff. Although we still want to see lots of this wonder country of ours, we also want to see more of Texas. We have picked up info on all the different areas of Texas, so guess I just better start looking at them to plan more short trips. Bob is taking the car back tomorrow first thing, then we pack it up and head south. Tomorrow night we'll be staying in San Angelo, although at a KOA not the military ...

... but Bob and the guy next door did notice that the rubber gasket covering the bottom of the wiper, where it attaches to the font of the vehicle, moved. So we did some more investigating and noted a larger nut and it was really loose, so we tightened it and tried again. Think we still need to do some more adjusting, but for now it is OK. After all we don't want to do anything to mess up the warranty. We did go to Camping World ...
