... Serbs held fast to their Christianity; however, much of the population living in Bosnia converted to Islam. For centuries, these fractured ethnic groups lived under the brutal oppression of the Austrian-Hungarians or the Ottomans, gaining independence every now and then, and always longing for a great country to call their own. It has all been picked and farmers are preparing for the next crop. A lot of the stubble is still there from the harvest and it seems a lot of cotton was left in the fields but probably looks a lot worse than it is because it is so visible on the stubble and even when it is plowed up ...

Lesson number 1. When you think you have enough sunscreen, put some more on. Convertibles have sun and wind effects. Future photos that show my face flushed are not due to embarrassment or alcohol. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it).

Lesson number 2. If you don't get in the right lane you end up going somewhere else. This morning was my first driving experience on the wrong side of the road in a car you drive from the wrong side. Add to that a GPS that ...
