... even though I attempted to wave it down when we saw it coming, I guess my waves were not vigorous enough,,,it drove right by us without stopping! We checked back in with the hotel valet, went back and when the next bus came, I waved much more vigorously. This time, the bus stopped and we jumped on. We got transfer passes for 2 for $3.00, and settled in to get a free tour of part of LA. After about 1/2 an hour, we got off the bus to take our transfer bus, 733 west, which ...

... improved as we got closer to LA. I will tell you more about this later.

One of our first highlights, on one of the highways, was "Thunder Road" yep you guess it Grease! We were most disappointed there was no Danny or Knickie hanging around having a car race and Grease Lightening never crossed my mind until now! ... We limped to the bus station at the end of the day, thoroughly worn out but full of memories, cameras full of photos, still wobbling a bit from the many rollercoaster rides and ready to hit the sack. These two days have been so full of fun and laughs, and it was great to be able to spend it together with beautiful weather and enjoying the health and blessings God has given us! Thinking of you all.

One thing is sure: we certainly got our money's worth out of our tickets!

white as that and it does make you realise just how many lives are
out there with how many stories to tell. Like a lot travellers do,
you can help by working/volunteering/giving to a trusted charity/do
the tours that fund things for locals etc.
