You couldn’t really taste the corn in it at all. The slaw was mayonnaise-based and just a typical finally shredded slaw. It was average in taste and not too runny. The toast was grilled with the grilled flavor very evident with his crispiness and hint of BBQ taste.

Paired very well with the ribs and brisket to give it just a little extra spice at the end. Even the Texas toast had a taste that was unique. They also had a hot barbecue sauce that lacked the sweetness of the regular sauce but instead had a spicy tanginess.
