Beautiful park ! Many places to fish.

    Not dog friendly.

Half campsites were on the beach and half on the river.

Riverside has one bathhouse / Air conditioned but not close to all the sites.

    Large sites overall.

Rained the first day, flooded 95% of the riverside sites, ours (#54) was the worst with at least 4" of standing water.

No vacant dry spots. Refund issued returned home.

Will try again during dry season. (maybe)

... special treat! Not many classic warbirds at our cross-country gas stops;-) Now back in the relatively cool mountain climate after the swelter in Florida, the plan is to get the Highlander repacked and restocked for the trek across the country. I have some work to do on airplanes (Tiger, Highlanders, etc) before I leave, so it may be a couple days before I head ...

She’s very lucky she didn’t fall between the boat and the dock, as that could have ended very badly! Being the one who usual handles all the clumsiness in any given outing, I wasn’t quite sure what had happened as I didn’t actually witness the event, I ...

... daughter but she wanted a second son. Looking back over the last few years, I guess she was lucky that she had me.

For those of you who knew my mom, you knew she had a good heart, and reached out to people. She always enjoyed being with her friends, whether playing mahjong or volunteering. Just last week she had a dinner gathering with a group of friends who she didn't get to see that often.

She loved to help others achieve their goals, just like she did ...
