... has plenty of shade, however, the shade does not do a lot with the 100 degree/humid days. We saw the University of Southern Mississippi. A pretty campus that also is the beginning of the Longleaf Trace bike trail. We started out early and rode 20 miles. The trail was well shaded. The first 10 miles were up hill, which made the ten miles back a dream.
