The deep-dish is a lot ‘deeper’ because, just like a pie, it is stuffed with whatever toppings you choose. I liked my first Chicago deep-dish cheese pizza but it will not be my favorite, it is too much of a quiche and too heavy for me… I guess some things are just at its best when they’re in their original form.Vic. ...

Early flight from SF to Chicago flying Virgin America. now Virgin America were great to us when we were in lockdown at LAX. We check in at 6am for our 7:30am flight and once again the staff at VA really do help and understand when you are travelling as a family. Charlie has his weet-bix in hand ready to smash done once we get settled at the departure lounge. Kids did very well considering they were up at 4am ready to leave our apartment. The flight was about 4hours ...
