Today we took a relaxing trip to the zoo or so we thought.... First we headed to the U-Bahn only to discover it was the S-Bahn so we took this instead since it was better than walking the 8km to the zoo, as we approached the zoo it appeared everyone in Germany also wants to visit the zoo today, we joined a very long line, then we moved across two other lines to find a slightly shorter one, inside the zoo we soon realize it is a very big zoo, 15,000 ...
... wondering if I could possible manage to take my kids in here without us being followed around by security the entire time.. Found a small cafe and enjoyed a salad and pea quiche, the kids ate some strange long pretzel sandwich and museli since we didn't know what anything else was.. Headed up the street to the brandenburger Tor but got distracted by a bookstore in which William discovered an English bookstore, so glad he can read and help us out... ...

... F. Kennedy did, inside a 3" thick lead encased bunker that was sparsely furnished to say the least. It was an amazing feeling. Later in the day we all got together on Stan & Kathy's boat to watch the Super Bowl. Denny carefully transported our HDTV and antenna wrapped in towels aboard the dink and we gathered around the table in Vespera's spacious salon munching on homemade pizza courtesy of Kathy and cheeses and popcorn. It was a very memorable Super Bowl party. (See pics below)
