    ... the Chicken Mole…what else. I was served a massive boneless breast as well as lots of shredded chicken in the sauce. Really good. Mary had baked cod in a garlic lemon broth with olives, tomatoes and onion. It was cooked in foil and then they open the foil and serve the fish right in it, which preserves all the juices. Really clever and really good. Thanks to Mike and Carol for bringing us there.

    ... the bus back to downtown. It was later than we hoped but we got off at city hall to go up to the observatory. Unfortunately it was closed, much to our disappointment. So we just caught up with bus tour and got off to get the metro back to the hotel. Hollywood was not the glitz and glamour we expected it to be but all the same it was amazing standing thinking we were in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. A few relax days were required.     ... People s****** when I say I was at college. They say I only played football, and I didn't finish, but I did ok in class, too. And I made it through officer training in the Corps. I was studying engineering, but I wasn't into it. But I took some Psychology courses, and really liked them. Maybe that's what I'd take.
