Thanksgiving is the major holiday here in America. It is held on the last Thursday of November. Generally workers get a four day weekend which gives them time to visit family. It is the busiest time of the year on the roads and for the airlines.

It was hard trying to leave because as soon as someone heard our accents they always wanted to know where we were from and all seemed impressed with our drive across country.Things really fell apart when the barmaid shouted the bar with something she called Liquid Marijuana. Woke up today to the overwhelming humidity in our tent. I got up and meandered about for the morning doing laundry, showering and lazing by the pool. Once I got all my errands out of the way. ... on our 5 hour trip :/ the whole arvo was a blur until we arrived at our campsite in Panama City beach. It was pretty hot and humid when we arrived so setting up camp wasn't exactly ideal, sweat dripping everywhere. Once the tents were up I was on cooking duty so we got to it.
