      ... her own and sleep diagonally! In my dozy state the optimum solution was to kick her then elbow her in her side violently. I did feel bad about that since she’s still got back pain, but since it turns out I didn’t even stir her by doing that the guilt has lessened. Tonight we have constructed a pillow fort between us to cease further potential injury.

      Anyway, we didn’t really have a plan for the day ...

      We all went to CC’s for a farewell coffee as Jake and Pete were heading home whilst we move on to Houston. On the walk there I discovered it was Jake leading the charge ahead all along and whoever walks with him matches his pace! Mystery solved!       ... kind. There were also three unidentifiable animals that had been completely flattened and broiled on the hot pavement - henceforth, to be referred to as road jerky surprise.       ... an appointment until July 11. I got on the phone and wheedled us in tomorrow, the 5th. The rest of the repairs will be done at Camping World on Friday and hopefully we will be on our way again.
