      ... centre was a huge permanent marquee with 4 lines where you could taste all the sauces & chilli on offer & boy were there just a few to try :) some were waaaaay too hot & left your mouth, tongue & lips on dire - whereas some were pure taste sensation mmmmmm! They also had live bands oplaying throughout the day, some great music played by local artists - all in all, a grat day!! I can honestly say that Austin has been my favourite place by far ...

      ... graduation, it was fantastic to be all reunited as a family. In the evening, I went to dinner with Nathan at Bess' Bistro on 6th street. We were both pretty sleepy after a busy day, but the food was good and we ended the evening with Amy's and presents.
