... Target here also sells groceries, so we thought we'd see if by any crazy chance they had gf bread. Not so unfortunately. But we did, amongst other things, buy a crazy-big bag of peanut butter cups and kit kats! We are reminded around every corner that Halloween is coming up, and apparently that also means that 'candy' is really cheap, and can be bought in bulk. I am beginning to understand the obesity issue here.

We bought a quesadilla from the Mexican food van and sat on the steps of the local dentist and ate this yummy dinner. But ... up the street a lady was cooking on a hot plate on the side of the road and we couldn't resist her Salvadorian food consisting of papoosas (maize flour with beans, cheese and beef if you wish) and basistos which is frozen watermelon whizzed up with ice and then ...
... around again through the lines to ride it again. It was not 9:30 and Jeff was waiting at the gate for the kids so we walked out with the Fireworks going off. Couldn't fit much more in so we will come back to do the last few things maybe on Tuesday (kids are back at school then so should be quiet). We wandered back through Downtown Disney and into bed to crash. Huge day but so much fun with all the kids. Wish Riley and Hunter could have been here ...
Our final stop on our CAdventure was Disneyland. We were fortunate to have Aunt Kate and Grandma join us. After many days of driving and touring, the long days in the park seemed like a break. We concluded our journey with a flight home out of LAX: an airport we hope never to visit again.

... a Goofy ride, it was okay. Next up was Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean, this was a leisurely indoor boat tide, however the various characters throughout the trip were very good, almost human like. Indiana Jones was a thrilling roller coaster type ride in a jeep. It was time for a quick snack. The American pickle is very popular, so we shared one, it was very tasty. Next ride was Splash Mountain, a ride through a "jungle" with a 10m drop down a "cliff" ...
