After getting home early hours of the morning it was a sleepy kind of morning. 3.30am I ended up crawling in so it was makeup off and bed! I woke up randomly at half 7 and started to talk to people back home as it was a normal time. Then went back to sleep till 10! And then I went to check on miss Taylor and see if she was alive and kicking. She was still sound asleep with her two kitties. Got the best picture. Then I got myself ready as me ...

... in Milan was well worth it. It felt so good to step off the plane in Miami though - even though I was only halfway done with my set of flights! I was in Seattle for New Years and left three days later with my dad for Dallas.

38 hours of driving time later (plus three nights of hotels) and I was moving into my apartment in Dallas for my last semester of grad school! So this is the end of my blog for Italy. Thanks for reading!

... Let’s suffice to say, hands free calling in the car I haven’t mastered, but all is well that ends well!

Saturday I relaxed in the sun and had dinner at Alexa’s, with very funny wine btw! Afterwards the guys came over and we went drinking, did sambuca shots (yes, I’m educating people on weekends in Dutch/Jet traditions haha) and went out with some other interns, all in all a good night! Crashed at Alexa’s en spent the Sunday ...
