Jeff and Linda picked us up at 10am, and we were off to our Georgia Seniors golf outing at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in North Carolina. Not so fast, Jeff has to back out of the driveway. There is much sound in this car. Back up buzzer and seat belt bells make for much commotion. Whew, we made it out of the driveway without hitting the mailbox. Stop... I forgot my jewelry. The Theory of Lativity has already kicked in. Let's not pull into the driveway cause ...

... the cruise after the Camino, possibly avoiding the additional challenges we had from the virus we obviously contracted on board and had to deal with during most of our pilgrimage. Otherwise, our planning resulted in a unique adventure. It was fun, satisfying and challenging for us individually and enriching for our already extraordinary relationship with each other. Our planning for 2016 is well underway as we look forward to our next adventure and sharing it with our friends and ...

To the left, the water plunges off a 75-foot granite cliff while the right stream tumbles and cascades down and around boulders before the two streams meet up at the bottom. It was dry and the water level was low so we were able to climb around on the rocks and get up close to the waterfall. I had taken my boots off, but hadn't need ...

... So I bushwhacked down to the base, but it was very cluttered and I couldn’t really get a decent view here either. It’s not that scenic of a waterfall anyway, so I gave up and headed back. Once across the covered bridge, I made a partial loop by taking Triple Falls Trail all the way back. Along the way, I saw some great mushrooms growing right along the trail. At the base of the lowest ...

... trip. So our last surprise stop was at the McCord house in Greer, SC. We pulled into the driveway and until they came out on the porch the boys had no idea what we were doing. Can had an awesome smile and just shook his head knowing he had been gotten again. They had a delicious lunch prepared and we all got to play in the Ninja Gym. We were all so impressed with the work they have put into this space. I was lured out early by a piece of Key Lime Pie, but the others ...
