My parents' garden is hopping, and they/we are harvesting a ton of cucumbers, chili peppers, squashes, blueberries, lettuce, and more! It brings me back to the ashram in Thailand where I would pick lettuce leaves to serve for lunch and dinner. Good times!

My mom and I departed on Tuesday and spent a night in Winston Salem. I met with my doctor the next morning. She was so warm and encouraging! It was very nice to see her. She was very encouraging of my meditative practice and signed the necessary paperwork for my return to school as well as for the camp I will be teaching at.

... counselors. I am excited to see all the beautiful sights Sicily has to offer. Lastly, I am a little exhausted from all this traveling and planes. It really takes it out of you!
