... subject of church, I will say we sure do miss the saints at Hillside Fellowship but this morning’s service was great. We sang several songs…old songs…like back home growing up kind of songs. Wendell thought he’d died and gone to heaven when they did “When the Roll is Called Up Yonder”. That’s not his favorite, but it’s a close second to “When the Saints Go Marching In”. ...

... had a magical feel. Sandy and I climbed around on the rocks and got pictures of the waterfall from different points. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the cute little salamanders all around the waterfall that I had seen previously. As more people started to arrive, we made our way back. Our last waterfall of the day was just across the street. We pulled into Stumphouse Tunnel and paid at the self-serve kiosk, then parked at Issaqueena Falls. ...

Although the waterfall is the width of the entire river, it’s only about 12 feet high. In high water conditions, it looks more like a big rapid, but today it looked more like a waterfall. We got some pictures from the beach then climbed up to get some pictures from the side, then ...

... price. We are quite excited about this property and should be closing on it in about 3 weeks. See the attached photos. The house is a great place for family and friends to visit in comfort and be able to enjoy Lake Keowee, a few steps out back. We can't wait to get settled in our future home, enjoy the lake by just walking out back or watching it through the windows and porches.

Then, a couple of months ago, in their infinite wisdom, USAirways/American decided to cancel our direct flight and re-route us to Madrid by way of Philadelphia. So, we'll kill a couple of hours here in Charlotte and then continue our scenic route (courtesy of the new AmericanAirlines) to Madrid by way of ...
