      woke to a wonderful view of the Lausanne lake. We drove down to evian and after much debating as to which wharf we wer to leave from. We finally found it and took the ferry over to lausanne which was beautiful until the girls found out that they would have to climb a hil to get to the centre of town.       ... snow had obviously been coming down for sometime and was thick on the ground, cars and everywhere you looked it was magical. Suzanne couldn't resist it, she had to go and build a snowman. So outside the central station stands a lone snowman courtesy of a crazy Aussie tourist, well done Suzi.
