    ... bought a house here. The port is picture-postcard perfect, the backstreets charming and the boutiques chic. The fine beaches lie outside the town. We walked the cobbled streets noting that very little opens here, as in most parts of Europe before 10:00. Eventually we all decided to sit and watch the 'beautiful people' and to do so we needed to stop into a restaurant and have coffee (8:00 euro for a cappuccino = $12:00).     ... Hyeres, kam jsme se vypravili za Pierrovo babickou. Byli jsme na Iles d'Or (Zlatych Ostrovech) - Porquerolles a Port Cros, a pak take v St Tropez a samozrejme Hyeres, kde jsme si uzili nejen vyborneho jidla ale take stale tepleho a slunecneho pocasi a nadherne pruzracneho more.     ... Red Rock Cola for 5 cents. The restaurant was filled with this type of memorabilia, primarily of the 40s and 50s. I got mussels & frites and got a very large plate of mussels for about 10 Euros. Not cheap, but certainly no more than I would have spent for that stateside.
