We are driving to Nice, going to have a look around there and then continue around to Monaco, have a look there and then spend the night around the corner in Sanremo, Italy. It's weird to think we will be traveling through three different countries in a matter of ...

... so the heat isn't unbearable. My French family are lovely and really welcoming. Apart from the couple there is their son, his wife and baby visiting, and a little toddler comes during the day (Françoise is a childminder). They are really cute but I'm going to have to get used to being woken up in the early morning! I think I'm doing OK speaking French and some of the family speak English which is good. I haven't started ...
