    ... a bit of sleep. The crossing wasn't too bad considering the weather and I didn't feel as sick as I thought I might. I need to master walking around on the ferry tho as I'm sure people thought I was drunk - I just couldn't get my balance properly.

    ... same route. They turned up for lunch at the same place about 40 mins after we arrived by which time the weather had cleared completely and it was also warm again. We meandered back to the hotel, got ourselves ready for dinner and headed out. Our days are so full that there's little time to write this each day.     ... three courses and wine. Slow poached egg (cooked for an hour at 50 degrees) with caramelised onions. Surprising but very good. Ocean trout for main and cake, blueberries and vanilla cream for dessert. Good thing we're riding so far. Tomorrow is forecast to be raining all day. If that turns out to be true, we may abandon the bikes and visit a few places in the van. If we're riding, we will cover about 48 kms tomorrow - provided the guide doesn't get lost ...

    ... in the park near the mill, which was wonderful and included some left over wine from last night. And goat cheese flavoured chips! Weirdest things, and only in France. Another 20kms or so on the bike, it's now very hot and we did a fair bit of riding along some busy roads.
