Lugano is a lovely little town on the side of a huge lake. It was a nice place to spend a couple of hours. We walked along the lake side, then got a hot chocolate. It was another wonderful thick 'ciocolatta'.

Back at our hotel we had dinner. It was pasta for entree, chicken schnitzel with potatoes and beans for main course and a lovely little cake for dessert. Tea and coffee ...

... The speed limit is 30 - 50 kms depending on the size of the road, it's amazing how fast the locals are zipping around on these narrow streets, buses and trucks going over the speed limit. I was excited to see a friendly and familiar face, and was definitely excited about a nice shower and a home cooked dinner.
