... water for those poor troops, a mistake we shall decisively not repeat.  B. Ed. Must mention the most serene spot on the hill behind the church. Overlooking the hills , total silence except the occasional church bells , then in the distance heard the man on his porch playing the saxaphone. Thoreau would approve. This was the ultimate in ancient villages. This morning woke to bells and the most beautiful view from window; see ...

... moscatel with our desserts. By the end of all this, we had an hour to kill before the Museum of Contemporary Art reopened, so found a shady bench outside the church. The sea wall outside the port is 9 Metres high.......and that must be for a reason. Judge by one of the pictures! Going up the hills slightly to a free spot tonight as I like the smaller ...

Left Bellvei around 10:45 and had great plans to stop at Tarragona tonight but rain hampered negotiating around this very busy port/heavy commercial town. I'm trying to avoid big urban areas if possible. I found a gem of a spot for lunch parking....Roc de St. Gaieta which was beautiful. Sadly though there are a lot of businesses closed down or for sale, the recession in Spain must be taking it's toll. The small beach was deserted.I am uploading a few ...
