... dressed up to the nines and with nothing obvious to sell. By the fourth journey I had realised what she was doing (and there were others sitting at the end of other farm tracks), it was the very high heels and short skirt that were the give away. I can't imagine that happening down country lanes in the UK, but perhaps it does.

... dance floor surrounded by strange shuffling dance moves..! After two hours of this the drinking and behaviour of 60-90 year old people, it finally beat us and we returned back to Herman but not after a splendid lunch and many giggles...! The campsite restaurant is a bargain with Sunday Roast €5, happy hour 4-6pm €3.20 for a large glass of wine, pint and a bowl of peanuts... And then there's the Quiz and Bingo nights..! Two Fat Ladies 88..! We have made our reservation for Christmas Lunch and are very ...

Perhaps most importantly, the people are wonderfully friendly. Henry ...

... Madame et moi. We bite the bullet and decide to leave France and head for Figueres in Spain.

France, au revoir. Hola, Espana.

Figueres

The town of Figueres, apart from a few attractive squares and streets, is a dump. One thing and one thing only attracts Seņor y Seņora to the place - The Dali Museum. We arrive on a Sunday night to find that the museum is closed on Mondays. This turns out to be a bit of luck as we head to Cadaques on the ...
